Home / About Us
Locally Owned & OperatedBuilding Southern Utah, one vision at a time.
Where we were raised, where we’ve built our relationships, and where we’re proud to serve our community — St. George.
Quality craftsmanship, exceptional vision.
At Vision Building & Renovation, Southern Utah isn’t just where we work — it’s where we were raised, where we’ve built our relationships, and where we’re proud to serve our community. As a locally owned and operated general contractor, we understand the unique needs, styles and values of Southern Utah homeowners.
Owner Casey Pettus has been working in the construction industry since 2008 and has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional vision. One of his greatest strengths is the ability to look at a space and see what’s possible — whether that’s a kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel, or a completely new custom home build.
As a General Contractor and Custom Home Builder, we believe communication is just as important as craftsmanship. We maintain strong relationships with our subcontractors and prioritize clear, consistent communication with homeowners throughout every phase of the project.
Communication. Process. Quality.
Three pillars our business is built on — and the reason our clients enjoy the journey as much as the result.

We keep you informed at every phase, with clear expectations and consistent updates so there are never any surprises.
